Pop Up Yoga

I just came back from an absolutely blissful yoga class at Islington’s newest yoga spot Pop Up Yoga. The studio is set back from busy Upper Street, it’s cosy, candle lit and fresh – nothing like the smelly feet experience you might encounter elsewhere. Yoga is such an easy yet effective way to get rid of a lorry load of tensions. And isn’t that a lovely quote to get the mindset right, especially before Christmas:

I haven’t been that relaxed since when I have been singing to my bulging belly. What took me so long?

Pop Up Yoga, 199 Upper Street, London N1 1RQ

Classes cost £10 per session. It’s bring a friend for free all December.

  6. I’ve been doing a little daily yoga thrfoughout December in a bid to reconnect with my body and learn to love it more. I must say, even just doing a few minutes a day, it’s working.

I’m also finding that it gives me a stillness and perspective. It’s an oasis of calm in an otherwise manic life.

    Om shanti x

  7. Ooh this sounds great – the name alone is enticing. I’ve always meant to try yoga and I don’t have much excuse not to with all these great spots in the hood.

Would be a great complement to hoola hooping 😉
