The online stylist – a shopping report
It’s been a classic case of too much on my plate for a while now. So much on my plate actually that I didn’t find the time to spend a Selfridge’s gift voucher, which I received with glee as a … Continue reading
Passing on my love for shoes
I should have known better. If I had done my homework, I could have easily found out that the co-founder of gorgeous children’s shoes shop Papillon is Anya Hindmarch’s sister. I could have known what kind of crowd to expect … Continue reading
Seven Shoes – the ‘Hello Lover’ award
Originally, this award was called ‘The beautiful blogger award’, but our shoebsessed frashionista (= a shoe obsessed friend and fashionista) 40 Not Out decided to unravel the award’s rules, lay out its components neatly and nicely and put them together … Continue reading

Is it a bird? Is it a thunderbolt? No, it’s Met Mum in her new coat!
This is what happens when you are too eager to keep up with your fashion forward baby daughter. A classic case of being lured into confidence and carried away by the psychological warfare that is used and mastered by Selfridges to sweet-talk you into buy things. Continue reading
Fashion forward style lessons from my baby daughter
Thanks to Liz at Violet Posy, not only did I make it in time to the Gap to admire Stella McCartney’s cooperation with the high street brand, I even hunted down one of the one-piece sweaters for little L. Continue reading
